Hello, I'm Manoj Singla. I'd like to tell you a bit about myself-who I am, how I've arrived at this point on my life's journey, and what I've learned about myself and about the world on my way to getting here. Though I've taken an unconventional path to becoming a Business Management & Marketing Consultant, it's the journey that has made all the difference.

    After earning my degree in MBA (Marketing) and being accepted into Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess & Training as Business Developer & you can say it was my luck as during my school time I was rejected by the same institute due to my plain looks as I wanted to be their student and wants to make my career in aviation sector. As time plays always vital role ,I began a promising career as the business development and marketing sector with the same company in local region after 5 year of student life.

  • After the above I worked for the Thailand base company IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. During that time, I travelled the world, came to truly understand the value of hard work and was able to enter in to conversations with great minds from diverse backgrounds & states. I was growing professionally and evolving personally. What I didn't realize at the time, was that the lessons I was learning from my career in the marketing & business development industry were only not grooming me for further corporate success, rather they were planning me for something for greater.During and after that time I enjoyed lots of companies marketing projects in different fields.

    I came to realize that I wanted to lead a life fueled by the desire to serve,to uplift and to empower people from all walks of life. After spending close to a decade leading diverse, multinational & states teams.

  • Since entering into a career as a consultant, I have spoken with more than 18 groups-from CEOs to young professionals and students-from more than 6 nationalities. I have led discussions in settings ranging from small strategy meetings to one to one discussion.

    I've entered into dialogues with business leaders and their teams about embracing a strategy that sets them on the path to growth.I also have spoken to many young people-young adults to students in business cum management school-about tuning in to their inner voice to lead an authentic and inspired life.
